Cell Phones and Pagers
To preserve our peaceful environment for all, cell phones and pagers must be turned off upon entering the spa and salon.
Age requirement and children
As the spa is a relaxing and peaceful environment, children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the Spa. Children who are not receiving any services are not allowed in the salon. No exceptions.
Personal Belongings
Some Spa services require bare skin and free movement. Please try to refrain from wearing jewelry or bringing valuables to the spa. Eshe Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Gift Cards/Gifts Certificates
Purchased for a dollar amount of $10.00 and up to be used toward services of choice. Gift Certificates and Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redemeemable for cash. The use of any specials, gift certificates, or coupons must be mentioned at the time of booking or will not be honored and an alternate form of payment must be used.
Gratuity
Prices do not include gratuities. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion. 18% gratuity is added for parties of 3 or more.
Appointments
Although we do take walk-ins, to ensure your preferred date and time try to book your appointments in advance. All service reservations require a credit card unless a cash payment is made in advance.
Check-In
We suggest an arrival time of 15 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and fill out the necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late your appointment may be shortened to keep the therapist's schedule timely.
Cancellation and No-Shows
A $25 late cancellation or no-show charge will be accessed for any hair service not cancelled 24-hours in advance. Single treatment spa appointments will be charged the full cost of the service if cancellation has not been received within 48 hours of the appointment time. Spa packages or services of 2 or more treatments require a 48-hour notice. Group reservation cancellation policies vary by group. Please refer to your reservation agreement for your specific cancellation requirements.
Special Needs and Medical Conditions
Your life, health, and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service(s), please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, or disabilities. Talking with your therapist will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.
